When do I get rebellion mission where you do something harder than destroys VIP ships?

Try heading over to Palshife. Again and again and again. It might take a while. Also, get your rating up to "Good Egg" or "Upstanding Citizen" in Rebel systems.

just keep on going to spaceport bars, and accepting rebel missions.Remember to have a good combat rating(at least competent) and a good legal status in rebel space(at least good egg).and you will finally get some decent missions.

I good plan if you are ever stuck is to keep going back to the capital.

NOTE: This doesn't count so much with plugins, but in works on EV or EVO.

Otherwise, read everything said after the mission is complete to get a clue....

Thats right! The capitals are mostly the best connection to the missions. Also back water stations with a bar mingt hold a good surprise. So there is no one spot to find missons.
Fly around descover new planets and sooner or later youll fing some thing.

keep on accepting all the rebel missions you are offered and you will eventually get what you want.

The tradors hold grudges if you ever shot or killed another trador almost all the traders will at some point attack you. Hapened to me lots of times.
