      Most of the time they are to the bottom left of the map.

      Are you doing it for the Rebels or the Confeds? Do you have to FIND it or DESTROY it? There are 4 alien missions, 2 for the Rebels and 2 for the Confeds. I need to know which one.

      Go to the topic titled "Aleins" the title should be "Aliens" but anyway, cable_guy posted a little guide on how to get and finish the Alien missions.

      When you're asked to look for the aliens, I believe, as OctoberFost said, they're in Castor. But, once you've done that part, they tell you to go out and destroy the cruiser. You'll find them in Gamera, and the cruiser is easy to destroy. It's even easier with the rebels because you get the tractor beam, and can hold them in place. Without the tractor beam, it is very difficult to destroy the fighters, but the cruiser is still easily done.
