Personally, I;m more of an EVO person (who leans WAY toward the UE ), and when I play EV I'm usually just a trader, but if I were a rebel sympathizer in EV (I might, but college begins soon so I won't have that much time to play EV or EVO), I would NOT kill any civilian craft, EVEN IF THEY ARE CONFED!!!! There is NO justification for the killing of innocent civilians EVER! Nuke New Washington? One, how do you know the Confed capital is there and two, don't know you would kill not only Confed military and government personnel, but innocent people who are Confed just because of geographical coincidence (i.e. they live on Confed worlds and so they are Confed citizens). It's not just moral, it's strategic- killing innocent civilians means lowering the number of real and potential Rebel sympathizers! Just my thoughts.
