How do you post PICTs?

I was just wondering, how do you post PICTs on the webboard? I want to post a few things here, but I don't know how. Thanks.

YOU CANNOT POST PICTS.

No browser in the world can read PICTs.

You can, however, post .jpg and .gif

Just use the (img) tag!
