      Heh. I remember you (jer) lending me your name for my plug months and months ago, so I'll kindly return the favour.

      Without having any idea what the hell is in your plug, all I ask is that you give me a good looking, medium sized trading ship that can defend itself against most things its own size. It's how I play EV, so doing that will make sure the personality goes with the name.

      If you want to use me in missions then the name is James Bridger - but for the pers I'd prefer Maridian.

      Ok, I think I understand it. You mean names for characters, right? Not pers. Anyways, there's a lot of historically interesting people. Edward Trelawny, George Patton, Roger Young... Not hard to come up with those sorts of names. Or you could try (url="http://"http://members.tripod.com/~mirajama/avnames.html")http://members.tripo...ma/avnames.html(/url) which has a name generator on it for various things, but that's for a fantasy type setting.

      Could always go with names of friends, family, lesser known historical figures, characters from sci-fi books.

      One the board, it said that you need names for your plug, and there is an application called EV Names that asks you how amny names you need, and will print them on a SimpleText doc. It is avalible with any EV Edit file.
