He gave them the yaslamry, but he did not know what he was doing plus he didnt really ahve a choice(star destoyer was in ordbit) and plus he did destoy wayland(or helped). so there he still is a good guy but no where near being as good as han solo.

Talon Karrde(correct spelling) was an information dealer, smuggler, and a guy that you could pay to gather up mercenaries for you (all at very high prices) and as for the cloning stuff Karrde did and yet did not give them that. Thrawn was a really intelligent guy as well, he knew about the hidden Wayland test grounds and facilities. Only one problem being the evil clone that lives there. Karrde provided the means to find the Ysalamiri(also correct spelling) and the locations for them. This allowed Thrawn to talk and deal to the evil clone without getting killed. not only is the clone evil he is insane as well so without the 10m radius of non force existent space provided by the Ysalamiri Thrawn and his men would surely have died.
I don't mean to sound all knowing (if that is what is pressed upon you) it is just my favorite Star Wars series. I would also suggest the X-Wing series and if you like things besides Star Wars I would look into the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan.

The Plugin is SW2 if you want it. the graphic for the Wild Karrde is just a bulk freighter and it is heavily modified just like in the books. I thought it was a pretty cool plugin. 3d graphics, decent mission(I thought), and a lot of it is in details straight from the books.
