It has far superior weapons and secondary functions
My fav guns are the AR34 and the Farsight XR-20

Not really a proper place to post this topic. Banter & Brawl would have gotten a better spread. I'll answer anyways. EV because the storyline is easier to follow and the ships look much nicer. Though I suppose EV3 will knock them all out.

For me Ev is more like the Mac itself.

I have a friend who is a programmer, he is always running out and buying the newest thing that intel has to offer. It's always the same story, he invites me over to show me how much faster his computer is and how much more he can do with it. As I sit down to use it I just can't get over the klutzy Windows interface. The whole computer is blah.

My Mac may not be as fast or have as much on it, but it is always a pleasure to use.

The same with EV. With the amount of plugs there is for the game, it is always a pleasure to play it. Playing EVO is slow with awful graphics, I always get the feeling that it was made for Windows

EV:O. I could never find the second rebel mission. The EV galxey has about 5 times more systems alocated to each side then EV:O does so it is almost imposible to find random missions. And there arn't that many random(you find them in any system of that side) in EV:O to boot.

and currently i like ev better because i have a nice ancient Performa 631 (68040, 66mhz) and though i have done all the UE, igadzra, and azdgari missions as well as some others... i'll just say this: IT TOOK F**KIN FOREVER!!!! i probably just need a better computer. currently im making a plug in for ev that im gonna call "turbulent galaxy." its my first try. i hope it comes out good...
it's also good that fighters in ev have missiles, but admit it: the yellow flames behind the missiles(EVO) look better than blue flames(EV). and the ev missile is kinda skinny. tho ships look better in ev, i think the weapons look better in evo, and i like the bigger universe, though its true that it makes things harder and most of the special missions are the same.
still ev is better

Ev is the beast evo misses several features ev has and evo doesn't have as many outfits or
