I've recieved a couple of requests to do a EV port of our (as of yet unfinished) EVO plugin. In case you didn't already know what the plugin is that we're doing, it is Star Trek Escape Velocity. You can check out the graphics here at

So, I'm taking a poll to see if it would be worth my time to do an EV port. If demand is great enough I will release a EV port shortly after the EVO version.

Yeah, it's called EVOlution, it doesn't work right all the time though, I think it only converts EV to EVO.

I'm just curious to see if the effort would be worth it. We've already reworked about 90% of the plugin to work with ALL of EVO's new features. So, the effort to go back would be almost a total make over, that is why I'm asking this. I don't want to alienate the original fan base, as that is what the plugin was originally for, and alot of hopeful STEV fans would probably feel bad. I just wanted to see how many.

Either platform is fine with me, I just want it done WELL and SOON. The unregistered version of EVOP can easily be hacked to avoid having your money stolen by cap'n hector.(ever heard of the credit stick plugin) So I don't really mind either way. You might as well just stick with EVO so you have more time to work on it and it gets released sooner.
