If i'm not wrong, I'm sort of doing a mission for the Rebellion. They asked me to retrieve a weapons cache from Ruby, then bring it back to Clotho. Then from Clotho, I'm distributing weapons all around the galaxy. and it's mad.. i've been distributing for the past week, an hour or two everyday i put in.. is anything wrong? Is it supposed to be like this?

Is it because that I'm still using the unregistered version?

Also, is there any site that lists all the missions possible, and describes them?

The delivery of the weapons does not happen all at once, go out, do some more Reb missions, destroy some pirates, then in a while come back to Clotho, THEN they will have another delivery for ya, if ya need any help with any of the missions just e-mail me at cadet_pilot@hotmail.com or ICQ at 27298361

You'll never lack for work from the Rebellion if you keep visiting Clotho. Yes, the weapon distribution mission does repeat, which is fine. Try visiting other Rebellion stellars. It will take a while, but other missions will be made available to you. Not being registered has no effect on gameplay, except to make Captain Hector very angry with you, sooner or later.

My problem is, I do return to Clotho, and they do have more missions for me, but it is the same one- to deliver weapons to some planet somewhere.. When does it jump to the next stage of the mission?

At first i thought the storyline would be: I deliever weapons to each rebellion system, and they would launch an attack on the Confeds. But when I was began delivering to the same systems....

When you use a free web hosting service, you get what you pay for. I just tried the link and it worked fine. You probably experienced a hiccup at the server. Give it another go.

As to the Clotho weapons distribution string...there is no next stage, no mass attack than results from your diligent deliveries. (Though it would be cool if that happened.) Your best bet for different Rebel missions is to forsake Clotho altogether and visit other Rebellion stellars, especially Palshife. Also Levo. Be persistent; the random factor (which controls how likely it is that you'll get a given mission on a given visit to a stellar) will be fairly low, so you'll have to try a few times.

It's not totally pointless. I believe these missions increase your status with the rebels, making them favor you and present other missions in other stellar systems.
