    • Astrodyne Trouble

Im having problems completing the fifth Astrodyne mission for the rebels. I have to find a transport with the weapon prototype steal it, then go to Palshife. It's supposed to be in or very close to Ruby, but I can't find it. Anyone know where it is, or if Im doing something wrong?
      Thanks

    • I can't remember where, exactly. I found it in an uninhabited system 2 or 3 jumps NE of Ruby - Castor, most likely. Mostly I remember there was this pain in the a$$ Manta there that kept blowing the thing away before I could board it. Sheesh, doesn't the Rebellion keep it's pilots up to date on all current secret missions? 🙂

    • It's definitely in castor.

    • Yup, it's in Castor. As soon as the Executive Transport hypers in, immediately locate and disable it (but NOT KILL IT). Good luck.

Hint: Two missiles will kill it, one torpedoe will disable it.

    • DEFINATELY Castor. I think it even says it in the mission text.

Also, Castor serves a purpose in the Alien Missions as well. The first time you have to find the Alien Crusier (the time were you have to scan it, not destroy it), it's also in Castor. Then the second time it's in Gammera. The Tractor beam is VERY useful there. Then (after the rebel alien missions) download Satori Station or some other Rebel Mission extender. Most are quite fun. Any plug that lets you blow up confeds or aliens for large sums of money is fun in my mind.
