I dl-ed it today, and i can't find any missions beyond the kill con fleet in risa.

I have beaten rebel alien missions.

Actually they are.

The next one, if my memory is still clear, should have you travling to Tau Ceti and discovering an illegal fleet of Astex-Operated Warships. After that you'll do a whole bunch of intelligence gathering (and Astex Vice President kidnapping) missions, before discovering Astex's Big secret...
