Hey, I've been playing on and off for two months and I would like to know
how and were do I get the confed missions. I already finished the rebel missions. thanx

You have to start a new pilot to play the rebel missions. Or if you were really cunning, you could have done this:
When you get the rebel "parcel mission" you don't complete it right away, go and find the confed parcel mission and get that too. So then you can do both missions and you are both a rebel and a confed.

If you want to keep your same pilot, I think there is a plug called "switch sides" I haven't used it, but maybe you can try that.
