I know that there aren't supposed to be any cheat keys for EV but I was just
poking around the EV app with ResEdit when I found A "Secret Cheat Dialog". Does
anybody know what this is? or is this just a hoax?

It's an evil practical joke Matt Burch snuck in - he did it specifically to bug the Ambrosia tech-support rep at the time; apparently he beat Matt at chess once and that was Matt's revenge.
