I went to the EVGE site but the file was missing. Where can I get Escape Velocity Game Expander? Also New Horizons 1.0 and Elite Frontier.

Well, did you try the EV site or the EVGE site? If you haven't already, try both.
Or you could wait until Stoffe and I finish EVGE (maybe a few months from now, maybe a year, I don't know...
