    • New to EV plug-ins----need help!

I have played evo plug-ins but not ev plug-ins. So I have a few questions.
1.) What are some good ones to d/l?
2.) What is the difference between Star Wars 2.01 and star wars ANA?
3.) Is that 15 mg plug-in worth it?

    • 1. Don't really know.

      2. Star Wars 2 is by Kris Haurner. Star Wars ANA is a sort of mix between EV & Star Wars EV, with ports like Levo, and SWANA has a few bugs (TIEs have sheilds)

      3. I heard faverable reviews about it so I dwonloaded it (It is about 20 megs now) but I can't get it to decompress. I need help on it.

    • I'm reworking it so this isn't the most recent version (from 97/98 I think actually...) but you can check it out anyway: (url="http://"http://www.inwalk.com/EVGuide/part2.html")http://www.inwalk.co...uide/part2.html(/url)

Those are all good plug-ins. If you haven't played EVGE I can highly recommend it. Beware of outdated links and versions, as said I'm working on it.

From the beginning it was a page for the EV 'newbies', but I'm expanding that to a more complete guide of the game Escape Velocity and it's supplements..

    • For good plugs check out Galactic Scourge and Pale, they are both in the archives

      Max

    • You might also try Angels of Vengeance and Eye of Orion. They both have good plots and are relatively bug-free.

Another good one is Clavius and Beyond, but go to the Dyna Systems website to get the latest version.

For small plugs with good missions, try a couple of mine. They are EV Adventures and Argonaut.

      Have fun,

    • How did I do that twice?

Maybe that's why I'm still just a scrub after nearly four years.

One other plug which is buggy but fun is Full-Fledged Bastards 2.0. It is listed as FFB 2.0 for obvious reasons, but it has some of the best ships and characters ever.

Now let's see if I can get this posted one and only one time.
