Odd and annoying problem with Arunmor line

I finished the last mission, and blew up my old comp when the companies I had hacked into earlier went after me. Because I had heard ARC would try to frame me, I tried to rush, get a gateway and a nuke and sensor, and get ready to blow. Sadly, ARC caught me before the stuff could be installed.
Help Please!
