Tracking Hackers

I got a wierd mission to trace a hacker who broke into the ARC Mainframe and all they gave me to start was the ARC Mainframe Computer, which is next to impossible for me to hack at this point in the game. Am I supposed to try to get into the Internal Services machine and find routing numbers to track or what? This is my first Hacker trace mission and I'm sort of lost!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
