Hey, guys.

I've been stuck on low-level missions for a while due to being unable to crack Elliptic-Curve systems. At the moment I've got a couple of modify-criminal-record missions, and I can't get into the database. I connect to the GCD: no problem. I activate monitor bypass: no problem. I crack the password: again, not a problem. Then I try to crack the ECC, and it just doesn't work. I start up Decypher, and click on the Elliptic Curve box, but all I get is a screen of flowing numbers. No matter where I click with the Decypher box, it only says "Enter Target" - no green bar. I can click on the numbers and leave it for a day, but it still won't even start to crack the damn code. I've got two 120G processors and a 2G modem.

Do you have to bypass the proxy to crack the ECC? Or is there some specific way you have to start up the program? I can't figure it out.

I'm probably being really stupid, but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong . . .

Any help would be appreciated.

Normally, you should do this:
Open the number screen (the big square with a big load of random numbers).
Select the decypher.
Click anywhere in the numbers.
ECC hacked.

Apparently, that don't work ?
Try relaunching the decypher, and try again. If it don't work, reload the agent. If it still don't work. I don't understand what's happening.
