I've overdrawn my bank account a few times and lately when I try to pay the fine the bank will tell me that they haven't received it. I can send it four five times and they tell me the same thing. Then, since they maintain that I haven't sent it, I get disavowed for refusing to pay the fine. Anybody know what's going on?

You must send the fine with the overdrawn account, i guess. I think sending it from another account won't work.
If you only have one account, well, it's a bug and i can't help.
