well. Thanks to the help from boards bellow. I finally manged to hack a bank and get the cash off some poor guy.
But ive just loaded it up and on my finance situation it reads ' logging on' odd so i tried to buy something and i recieved a fine for using money without centuras bank permison "the place a hacked it from "
and when i tried to pay off the fine it wouldnt let me and said contact bank administate.

If the bank balance has 'minuses', then I'm assuming that you are actually in debt and owe the bank money!? Just like in the real world, the bank won't let you spend more than you have!

Open the window that shows all of your bank accounts. The one highlighted is the one money will be deducted from, or where money will be placed after doing a mission. If you have enough money for something, but it is in a different account, you may still buy that item with the lower account, but you will go into the negatives.
