How do I get past a voice analyzer? I have the voice software, but I dont know how to use it to gain access.
I got the email from ARC and the one from Arunmor. I accepted the Arunmor proposal, but the game isn't registering that I have sent a reply, no money to my account. Has this anything to do with the fact that I'm not registered? Is it just a glitch?

Find the public access server for the company that you are trying to hack. Add the systems administrator's number to the list and call him with the Voice Analyser software running. Don't close the analyzer. Now connect to the system and use the analyzer to play the voice back.
As to the second question I am not sure.

I don't believe you can begin the storyline before registering. That's just a guess, based on my own character. I've used him for about a week and a half real time (probably three and a half months game time) and I'm at the highest available Uplink rating and haven't gotten any word from ARC or Arumnor.

I believe it is possible to at least start the story line from ARC before registering. I haven't registered yet, but I recieved the e-mail from the #1 agent before he died. I don't know how much further you can go into it, because I got confused when I couldn't use the Agent's password and I deleted the e-mail and my logs. So much for the story line. :rolleyes:

Ok.
As to getting the email to test revelation, you get it after you do a social security hack for an ARC agent. The problem is, the mission that got you the revelation email never goes away. I was forced to abondon it which put me back to confident, but I was quickly able to work my way back up to intermediate.
