Can't Complete Mission Involving "Btech in IT"

I've been fiddling around with the demo and twice now (once for two different agents that I've played) I've accepted a mission where I have to edit someone's academic record to add a "Btech in IT" to their qualifications. I have tried adding that to each of the fields (one at a time) in their record and committing the record. However, the employer always tells me I have not completed the mission.

Other missions like this have been successfully completed, but this one has me stumped. Is this a bug in Uplink, or a feature of the game - namely an employer that is impossible to statisfy, or refuses to acknowledge completion so they don't have to pay?

Any advice from the experts?

PS - It may be "Btec in IT" I don't recall the exact spelling, because I don't have the game running as I type this.

Addendum... I've tried all the things suggested by the other topics that mentioned Btec in IT, but those have not helped.

()Hack the academic database. Lots of bounces. The usual.
()Search for the right name. You have to spell the person's name right.
()Change the "Graduate Qualifications" box to read exactly what the mission tells you. Spell it right, and capitalize correctly.
()Hit commit.
()Reply to the mission.
()If the employer complains repeat from C but change the "Other Qualifications" box instead.
(*)If you still aren't getting paid, check your spelling of both name and the degree the person is supposed to have.

Just to clarify, you can tell if the qualifications that you are adding should be put into the Graduate or Other catagory because if it ends in Class #(then it belongs in graduate) and if its like "Registered systems engineer" or "Btec in IT etc(then it belongs in other).

My old tired eyes kept reading it as "Btech in IT". Finally got it right, sans "h".
