Okay, I hacked into the ARC central mainframe and looked at the logs... added the IPs to my list... but one of them was someone's personal computer. It says that I can't hack when I try to log on. Is there any way to hack into his computer?

I do not think so, only personal computers that are essential to a mission can be hacked.
