Ack! I was fooling around with preferences and changes the resolution to the largest possible. I thought it would change the quality but it's changed the size of the Uplink screen. I can't change it back now because the bottom of the page, where options are located, is off of my monitor. There are no arrows or zoom options ...
What can I do? Do I have to redownload Uplink? Any suggestions?

Quit uplink, throw your uplink options file (it's in your users folder) in the trash and restart uplink. That will make the options revert to standard (640x680, button animations on, standard theme etc.).

Yeah, I did that my first time too, I just reinstalled and moved my saved game over. Boy, that was embarassing.
