I was woundering, is there a bank that has accounts with larger sums of money then the others? (I tryed to hack the uplink bank, to compair it to the fourcom one, but i can't get ahold of the uplink's admin's telephon number.)

Yes. The best way to find out about them is through "Trace transfer" missions. After doing one of those you know the account number and password of an account with a lot of money on it.

The admins telephone number is listed in the "about us" section of the bank.
