Ok, when ever i try and hack this one server, i get a message that tells me that "this servers will not except external conections". Is there any way around this? (I'm try to get into the guy's comp who got the viruse from ARC and then snuffed it..

You must have the wrong computer. That agents computer is the only one that is hackable, all others will give you that message.
