    • Comments on your first level:

A good job, but the 2 Xichrons at the very end are impossible to get because you hit the level exit first.

And did you want the ground around the acid to appear green?

Bush thinks we were better off 8 years ago. My reaction was laughter. Vote GORE to keep moving forward!

Bush is a moron! VOTE FOR ALBERT GORE!

    • Yes, actually, I wanted the ground around the scid green, do you know how?

    • My guess (and I'm not in MASCOT, so by all means don't trust me 🙂 ) is that you defined acid BG tiles as having lava characteristics...or is it lava BG tiles as acid? One of those.

So Bush says education is his highest priority?
According to the College Board, Texas is 44th in the nation for SAT scores (995 out of 1600). Yessir, leave no child behind.
      VOTE GORE NOVEMBER 7th.

    • I was going to say the same thing spamguy said. Did you copy the level info from one of Ambrosia's levels? Make sure everything is the same, and there are no lava tiles or anything.

      Second Level Comments:

Is this finished? I was looking at in MASCOT and some of the curnch tiles appear missing (Like everything around it is 2 tiles high and in this one area, it's only one tile high). Plus the switch by the gravedigger doesn't seem like it can be accessed. I run into the gravedigger and never get a chance to push it in. And I have been having a hard time getting the treasures in the gravediggers home, without the door closing on me. Other then that, excellent level.

Today In Out Mock Elections, I voted for Gore. All I ask is that you do the same.

    • Yes, I did copy the world. I was able to reach the button by the gravedigger. Did you take the teleporter, once inside the house. I don't want to ruin it any more, but, that's the point. There are lots of decoy crunch tiles if that's what you mean, and some require fireseeds. I think the next levels will be easier. By the way do you know how to change a boss level, and still get it to work, I am thinking the levels where rocks fall?

Okay, we'll let you move to Canada if you email me and let me know if your 2nd level is escapable. It's a great level - I stayed up til 2 am this morning figuring out the buttons and everything, but was never able to find the end. (I did find a couple of "ends" if you know what I mean - glub glub glub). Pleeeeze! (I need my sleep) Is there anyway to get to the guy you see at the very beginning?

    • Which guy do you mean? The gravedigger? There is an exit next to him. I am thinking about remaking the level to make it easier, less buttons and adding some perm flags. Unfortunately I do not know quite how to do perm flags. The best way to beat the level is to be kind to others, 😉 and you will be rewarded in future levels, well that was my orginal plan anyway. I will try to get a third level, and updated second level done by Monday. Hope, you can catch up on your sleep.

No, I meant the guy at the very very beginning (looks like a Dimbo clone) off to the left of the screen. I will go back to the grave digger and look for the exit there. I just slept through a couple of meetings this morning and am back to my perky (ha ha) self. Gee - hope nothing important was discussed!

    • That guy, Dimbo clone, is the gravedigger. You can get to him by taking the teleporter by the Undertaker, and going up the long-upward-twisting corridor, to a wall, breaking it, saving, breaking a wall above the save point and climbing up to see him. He is the gravedigger and up to the left is an exit. I think I will definately make it easier, maybe add xicron arrows. Hope this helps.

    • Ok..well I'm totally lame. I still can't get past the first level! I can't find the silver key to open the box that will most likely give me a gold key so I can continue on.I would much appreciate a hint...or a spoiler. 🙂 (Does it have something to do with the wall you have to fireblast through and the cannon that's there? Or is that some sort of a red herring?)

      Thanks,

    • The gold key leads to the final door which is past the teleporter, the teleporter which takes you to the gold key. The place with the cannon is not really important, only to give you the health. I think I will definately have to make these levels easier. It is hard to judge how hard a level is when making it. The level I am working on now is a level played on the magic carpet. It should be easier :).

And you need to have it in these levels. I don't think it needs to be easier..I think you need some more access to health and magic crystals. 🙂 I'm currently on the second level and I'm having a great time with this. I'm completely turned around now though and would hate to have to try and tell anyone how I got to where I am so far. Thanks for the numerous save points on this level...it's kept me sane. Keep them cards and levels coming.

    • Ent - Thanks for the tip - I'd been shooting at all the walls, throwing fireseeds, etc., but just didn't hit that particular spot. Have 100% Xichrons, 100% Enemies, but without letting on any secrets - is it possible to complete the level (You know, no glub glub glub "stupid Ferazel" sign) and get 100% secrets?

Also, could not get 100% Xichrons in first level.

All in all two great levels - tons of fun.

Like Zelda said - the save points are important! Keep up the good work.

Yeah..I'm wondering...were the chests by the statue supposed to be opened by the gold and silver keys? Because I have them and they do not open for me.

This was a great level. 🙂 I don't think you need to do much changing.

    • Yeah, I am wondering why the chests didn't open also. I am revising that level, making it slightly easier, and trying to tie it into the next level, I am just about to test level 3. Lets hope those perm flags work.

The fate of a nation rests on Flordia's shoulders. :frown:

    • I'd say it rests on the old, confused people of Palm Beach who were too bewildered to ask for another ballot rather than punching for two candidates. Bless their hearts. 🙂

      ------------------
Er...perhaps it is time to get rid of the electoral college. Or at least make Florida divvy up its votes. Anything that keeps Bush locked up in the Guv's mansion, out of trouble.
