Extemporaneous 0.5 is here!

I am sorry to hear that Overrider, but, maybe the wait will make it all the sweeter? Probably not thought.

I am thinking of adding more and/or revamping to the Extemporaneous Website. Nothing fancy- just more. I am thinking screenshots, a few more links, a more updatable section where I discuss my current progress. Any other suggestions?

Hi guys! My grandparents have internet but right now i have to use, have to use shudders(whisper)a PC!!!!!!!(/whisper)

Actually I played a little in my spare (although I rushed) time and I:

Beat:
Yttrokinite (Pretty much the same and easy)
Flight and Plight (ugh! Much tougher than before)
Magical Mystery Tour (better than before, pretty good)
Famuese (easy, fun, uniqe)
Scorched Earth (challenging and fun)

I'm in The Kingdom of Queen Mab and can't find the buttons to open the door.

Your levels are very good. I have enjoyed playing the little I can

You thought Flight and Plight was more difficult? What areas?
Scorched Earth is my favorite level that I have made so far. Very simple, but (I think) very fun.

KoQM- I think I know which pillar you mean. The button is near the catapult to the right. Then you to take the pasage back to the area near the by the pillar. This passage is below some ground near that goblin on the left. Is this area to hard should I make the button more obvious? Or is it the discover of the passage which is giving you diffiuclty?

I can't wait to read the complaints about the Gauntlet.

KoQM- Those to pillars can not be opened - that would allow those goblins in. There is another way in there, but...

Here's one. I'm just past the room with tons of goblins in it on platforms. After that, I can get to the cannon and button, but run out of magic before figuring out how to press it.

I think I know where you mean- the cannon pointing down? Run through it and you can then try to fire at the button with Fireball or a Fireseed. Also, there is a secret passage to the left of that area that will help you get back, a lot. Also, don't you have some magic potions left?

I am at the gauntlet (Da da da daaa!) And I just have to say AAAAAAAHHHHHH! Huge level! I cant find the way out of the first section though. I beat very obsticle I can find and pushd all 3 buttons I can find but I cant find the way out of the sand pits! I did get to the gold (It was kind of a dissapointment).

I agree about "The help page". I am completly stumped about that and I neeeeed Heeellllllpppppppp!!! >:

I assume, then, that you are stuck at the cannons. While (hint) if you are ever stuck, I recommend shooting stuff. It helps relieve aggresion and... (/hint)

Your levels are indeed the most challenging ever. No, not challenging, mean bastard. Above that even. I'll figure out an adjective one of these days.

I've died multiple times trying to get through the first level...that should say "challenging" right there. The world is well-kempt, not too busy at all. This is why I think this is my favorite world: mean bastard mixed with taste. As soon as I get through more levels (I'm still getting killed innumerable times ), I'll discuss more.

There is one place in the first level where you apparently deleted with blank tiles- bad ent!! I believe it was after that first passage, right before the part with the water.

I got through it, but there is a long stretch without savepoints. When I wrote that, I hadn't been to Famuse yet. Stuff I got there helped.

Now that I know them quite well I don't think they are too hard. You have, with some exceptions, given indications that stuff has to be gotten too. It would be no fun if it was too easy! (Of course you'll have to go back to all my "begging for hints" posts to see how full of it I really am!)

Well..having beta tested and all, (except for the last beta..I was on vacation! Sorry.) I agree with Monsterlady in that I don't find the levels that I've played 15 times to be terribly hard now. But I do recall them being a bit nasty the first 10 times. I've died many times in your levels!! But it's not so frustrating that I want to give up on it completely. It's hard..yes, but not impossible. There's always a way to get through the difficult parts, it just takes some practice sometimes.

And you have lots of secrets...some obvious, some not so obvious. You've done a great job!
