      i finnished the demo of my game Hell:The Rising but i cant upload it on the site the step instructions dont have enough detail

      If you've submitted it already, be aware that the moderators (any one of them minus Debra) have to look over your submission and approve before it will appear on the uploads page. If you haven't gotten this far, please explain your problem in more detail. One other note: if you've clicked the submit button, but nothing happens, be aware that it will take a while as it has to upload your entire game right then and there. Depending on the size of your game, and your connection, this could take a while. With Cable/DSL/T1/T3 I'd say from 5-30 minutes (depending on game size). With a modem, anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 or 4 hours.

      Hmm. Well, it's not in the upload queue, so I'd say it didn't upload for you successfully, mephistopheles. To submit it again, go to the (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/coldstone/addons.html")Addons Page(/url), scroll down and hit submit. Fill in the file details (please include a good description, with your name included) and hit the submit button. Don't touch the window - it'll let you know when the upload is finished. If it's a really large file, and you have a slow connection (like me!) you might want to look at uploading to an ftp server somewhere that you have access to via resumable client, or look into some other hosting options. If you have broadband, though, and the file isn't too big, just upload away. 🙂

      Look forward to having a peek at the file.

      i didnt upload it at all i went to the first step and got confused and said screw it

      Uhh...there's hardly ANY steps. You write a description, locate the file, press a few buttons, wait for it to upload, and it's done. All on one page too. Try again. 🙂

      (EDIT) Still nothing in the upload queue; if you're smart enough to write a game I bet you're smart enough to upload a file 😉 (/URL)

      What is there to get confused about in step one. It's just saying, make sure everything works. If you have tested it yourself and had a few other people test it then it should be alright. Any bugs that are found can just be e-mailed to you. Every game has them, some more than others looks at long list of bugs in GoT 😉

      Then i recommend you download stuffit standard and use dropstuff to compress your file (www.stuffit.com)

      Enter the name and desciption and upload. You can ignore step 3. I do. For some reason when i try and encode a file with drop stuff it doesn't compress.

      Hope you upload soon. I'd like to see it. By the way, do you have a website?
