Well, you can either download the PoG dev tools from the downloads section to see what is the names of the location. Or you could build your plugin without deleting the "plugin debug infos" event file and then go to fantrima and press "D".

The world of Garendall is laid out on a grid. Vertical columns are numbered and horizontal rows are lettered. Fantrima is World P 10. So the map just to the south where Septemris trains the guards is World Q 10. The map to the west of Fantrima where the goblins hold little Manko is World P 09. You should be able to figure the rest out from there.
Caves and crypts have their own designations as well.

Get Dev Tools Source. It is more up to date and has a list of all the caves and dungeons. You will need to compile it, but if you have already made a plug-in then this should be easy.
The compiled version isn't as complete.
