And I never said that Ambrosia was any kind of company, I simply stated what had happened with past company dealings. And yes a simple NDA agreement signed by both parties would probably would have done the trick, only that I wasn't over the age of 18 to do so, so any contracts became null and void signed 'by a minor'. Now the bad feelings come back all over again. Thanks a lot, dampeoples.......For a trip down memory lane.......

Your fault for trying to enter an agreement while legally a minor. Your fault for sharing an idea without signing a NDA. Your fault for not researching the issue beforehand. Your fault for bringing the topic back up if it's a sensitive one.

Look, I don't want to start anything with you, and I don't know why you're being such an idiot about all of this, it really wasn't any of your business, but how would you feel and what would you do if that happened to you once Mr. 'your fault'? You would be sitting in my shoes now, watching every move everyone else makes, find out exactly what you're getting into, and swear to god never to let it happen again. But you know what? who do you turn to once you get screwed by a corporate pres? You feel paranoid about anybody helping you out, because of a break in of confiential permissibility, and because you don't know who will steal from you next. What would you do chief?

    • Alright, I believe that enough people have offered enough good ideas about how to protect yourself.

      1. Sign an NDA before you present any of your work to anyone else. This prevents them from stealing your ideas.

      2. Copyright your work. Seal it in an envelope and mail it to yourself. Do not open it when you receive it and place it somewhere safe.

      3. A minor can not do anything, legally. If you are under the age of 18 then yuo must have your parents or guardian involved.

If you ignore any of this then you do so at your own risk and only have yourself to blame.

Now, as this discussion has wandered off to become heated, it shall be closed down.

      Have a nice day.
