Can we please keep this friendly this time?
Oh, and just a question, what happened to the "iLock" message?
Now, back to the topic at hand:

I wish it were that easy. It was added through a stamp action to an original PoG map. I will continue to play with it, and see if I can reprodue similar results. I'm a little short on time now, so it will have to be later.
EDIT: Well, I converted the BMP to a PNG, and it worked. Only problem is, all of the blues were a LOT darker, so it was really ugly. Also, I found that if I tried to use the BMP with 16 bit color, it was really messed up. Finally, one of my testers reports that the BMP appears as a black rectangle and there is no image. This one really confuses me, as I can see it as clear as day, color-matching the PoG water perfectly (unlike the PNG). So, any ideas on this?
