Licenses for your game are handled by Ambrosia and since I've never seen any licensing pricing posted on a board it would be my guess that pricing varies based on what you are doing, what they need to do, etc. It would also be my guess that they handle licensing on a case by case basis.
So I would recommend that you e-mail them at help@ambrosiasw.com, give them as much information as possible, and they will get back to you with pricing and anything else.
