I have the begining of a game (just the startup screen and loading dialog) but when I launch it the screen fades out and then a error message comes up that says "Can't load dialog picture" then I click ok and the screen goes black and nothing happens.
Is this something I'm doing wrong or is there a bug in the program (I can't find anything I'm doing wrong ...but I don't really know a lot about CS yet).

This may be as stupid as something that corrupted your dialog picture... Try to create a new game using CS and to put the dialog pic of that new game in your current one...

ok I fixed it (I just had to give the game more memory)
