Well....no. I've started but the download time is 30 minutes.
My dial up ISP disconnects me all the time so I just gave up. (It's a common complaint around here - we only have one ISP where I live unless I want to shell out the big bucks for cable. sigh.)

I would say you got a corrupted file when you downloaded. It happens something. Try it again. I've managed to download this so it can be done.
