if i came up with a good story line and a lot of pages of info about what i want to make into an RPG would anybody help me do graphics and game development (i.e. using Coldstone)?

I could help you, but I can't do graphics worth didlysquat(no offence to him). At least not off of paper(really good with drawing on paper).
