well I think it's to draw attention with the acronym CS.
CS also stands for the immensely popular CounterStrike Half-life Mod, so I'm betting the makers just wanted attention by mistakes I guess.------------------

I think the engine was originally being developed by Beenox for an RPG called 'ColdStone,' although I'm not sure if that's true or not.

While I cannot speak for the other mods, I can say:
1. I haven't answered Dark Madman's question because I don't know.
2. I haven't closed the topic because the whole "Rootin' Tootin'" thing amuses me. Granted, this has gotten pointless enough to warrant closing.
