Ok check out the pic of the day(christymas eve sorry for all you jewish people and the KWANZAA!!!! ok well dec 24)
In starcraft's map editor they had translucent tiles that you could lay out and resize called (makes finger quotation marks and slightly pauses) "locations". Now instead of plotting all that sh-crap on a graph you could just say send em to this (fingers again and pause) "location".(you could name your "locations")

An example of a command was:
If player1 brings exactly 3 Terran Marine(s) to LOCATION "Free Potatoes" display text message, "Congratulations fellow marines! you have earned...........

I just think it's a lot less complicated then all that hokus pokus lign graphing.

    • Is it just me, or is that pic taken in OS X?

    • GlueBubble, in one of the screenshots I thought it said it was running "natively" under OS X.
      Strange

    • What the FuHeck are you talking about man,

plaease calm down and make it a general question (exclude the starcraft bit, if you can)...

    • Alright Chill let me explain.
Picture a desert viewed from above.
Now picture a blue square that you could resize by grabbing and dragging the corners/sides with the mouse. This square can be moved around and placed on the map(the desert), and there can be infinite squares. They are called "locations".
You could design an "event" where if you killed a Arachnid Queen or something it would "magically" move all of your units to this "location". Now in Coldstone you can't(I'm assuming) set these "locations". Instead you have to plot a point on the X and Y axis. I'm hoping that you can set "locations". Chill I can probably email you a screenshot if you want(from Starcraft, of these magic little "locations").

      Does that help at all?
Oh and locations weren't just for moving things to. You could design other events, kinda like Coldstone I guess.
