How does Ambrosia generally price new shareware? Is there any word on what registration might be?

      Thanks,
      Austin

    • I'm not ambrosia (duh), but I'd guess somewhere around 20$-30$. Thats about the norm for shareware.

    • i think 10-20 is a more reasonable price

I think 40 will be a reasonable price for Nova. 😄

    • 40!
That's more like what I would expect for commercial software (not that EV Nova isn't cool... I blew 40 bucks on Diablo 2 and I hate that game.) But still...
I want to register Coldstone, EV Nova AND buy OSX.
      sigh
I guess I should get a better job.

    • I should clarify I don't have the slightest idea what Nova will sell for. 😛

    • Well...
If I don't have the money it will be entirely my fault and none of Ambrosia's. I'll start saving my pennies now. 🙂

    • I asume non-registered coldstone will not have save and compile features? Not that I'm against full version payfors, but I'm not sure how well I'd be able make sure i payed for it if i didnt have to. It took me like 2.5 years to register EVO, and i love it. Who made Realmz by the way?

    • That would be fantasoft. I believe their website still exists, (url="http://"http://www.fantasoft.com")www.fantasoft.com(/url)

    • If you are talking about the price for ColdStone, last I checked they had not yet decided.

    • It depends on the greatness of Coldstone. If it's massively good, then it should price about 30-40. That seems reasonable for the market today. Just save about 50 and then spend the extra on whatever you like. Remember: it's better to get a registered version of Coldstone than a sad and weakened demo one, even if it costs a little more.
