I cannot seem to get past tutorial 5, Naval Fleets.

After deploying my fleet and destroying the enemy fleet in the S. Atlantic, it asks me to click on "Orders" to see the current orders for the fleet. Even though the Orders button is highlighted and clickable, nothing happens. I'v even FFWDed several minutes without success.

When you click the button, what should happen is if you're still engaging the enemy fleets, you should see a target cursor on whatever ship they're firing at that's red, and you should see a blue cursor showing their destination. Is that happening?

Yes, but absolutely nothing happens after that
