Pretty spiffy, I think I had seen this one before. Apple sucks with this QuickTime Pro stuff. 😛

    • cool trailer.

What is that sliding by? A chat window during play? Do you mean you can chat while you're playing? (With what, your third hand?!?!?) But you can't chat in the tracker waiting room? Come on Ambrosia, what gives?

Yeah, the chat dialogue pauses the game.

    • Just checked out the trailer, looks great. And the fact that you can chat does make it really fun sounding. Can't wait til I try it out. 🙂

    • The chat window that floats by is merely a chat window edited into the footage. You can't do that during gameplay, just as you can't play multiple games at once and rotate between them by having them slide in from the top or sides.

Huh? Do you mean the "Upgrade to QuickTime Pro" message you get when you open up QuickTime Player? If so (or if not, others may like the tip) you can disable it. You may have noticied that the message only appears once a day. The program keeps track of the day you last opened it and only shows the ad if the day is before today. So what? So you can use it to your advantage. Open up System Preferences and click on Date & Time (or open the OS 9 Date & Time control panel) and change the year to some year far in the future, say 2050. Then open QuickTime Player and see the ad for one last time. Quit and reset your clock to the proper year and you will never see the ad again! Actually, you will never see it again till 2050, but your computer might not be around that long.
