KDC smiles at Rawzer, then goes to stand near a window which has a rather dirty spot near the bottom. Using her sleeve she attempts to wipe it off but, at the slightest touch, the window shatters.
Saying she'll be but a moment, KDC trudges over to the teleporter, and uses it. Ten minutes pass and she reappears, holding by the neck a scrawny man with glasses. He tries to smooth the wrinkles on his collared shirt with one hand while holding a Plex-O-Firm company pen in the other, as he is dragged across the bar. They halt near the horribly broken window, conversing in hushed tones. The other patrons glance up from what they're doing, but since they can't hear anything, they soon lose interest. Besides, KDC looks like she knows how to handle things.
After gruffly jabbing the scrawny man (whose name is Martin) in the chest repeatedly with her finger, he finally agrees to her terms. Realizing it would suck to get involved in a lengthy and boring lawsuit, Martin forks over an incredibly hefty sum of money, an oversized cat-like animal named Yellow, and two pounds of pocket lint. After pausing to think, KDC hands the lint back to him and instructs Martin to gather all of the minute window shards into a bowl. Following this, she leads him to the back of the pub, where sits a furnace. Shoving the lint into the opening and throwing in a match, she starts a hearty blaze over which the scrawny man is forced to create a new window.
Should he be unable to perform this task, Martin will remain mutual slave of the patrons of the bar.
