I actually really really like that idea better. At the same time, the string for this cluster is 95.042% combat related (made that up, but almost all missions in this cluster will be combat related), so you won't have escorts (unless you hired/captured them), there'll just be a bunch of ships in system Max number of ships is 64 right? Correct me if I'm wrong. Of course, the spobs would have to be set to always attack the player and nobody else. Will that also account for your escorts too?
