No show

I made a pers resource, and it does not show up. I specified the govt systems, in which to appear, and selected the appearance -100 % in the syst attributes. So, it should appear every time. It never appears.
I think I did everything right, so I'm stumped. Any ideas?

I don't know if it matters. I copied STR# 7100 & 7101 into the plug and added the hail strings I wanted.

Have you created a new pilot file? A përs will only show up if it existed at the time you created the pilot file you're using.

No I didn't. I've been testing this stuff with the same old pilot. I'll try it. Thanks.
