I have been trying to get the ship paint for the Përs to stay but it just won't stick and keeps reverting back to normal colors. Is this a MissionComputer bug or is something wrong with my file? Or have I not given enough information?
Yes, you've found a bug: it looks like some leftover old code was interfering with the code now responsible for handling paint. I've fixed it for the next version, which I hope to have available soon.
