    • Random Gear Question

      Hey All,

So, Damsels comes out...enjoying it immensely! (Thanks RD! :D)
In looking over what else has popped up I subsequently install every plug with missions/non-cheating gear etc.
(Thanks Everyone!) To whit I'm playing a Ranger and have DiD/Spells Expander/WoC/and Sapphire.
my question is this...due to SE & WoC I'm running around with 17 speed but my armor isn't so hot (171 with a lilith shield). do any of these plugs offer better footwear/belts/ err...whatever, I could stand to be a bit slower. no sprite problems on my machine but beyond walking half way across the world I can't see needing more than 14 speed ever. No need to give me directions if the answers yes, but tats would be cool. 😉

Oh, heres what I have on now:
      Necklace of stone
      Speed Armor
      Angelic Ring of Light
      Belt of Stone
      Lilith Shield
      Diabolus
      Boots of Armand

      Thanks

Wow, talk about a Ranger being loaded for bear!

Actually, my Ranger sold the Speed Armor because I didn't like it that fast. Speed of 13 seems about max for my playing style. Beyond that I lose control particularly at the borders of maps.

Since I've dropped Sea Giants (and everything else) with armor of about 125 I really don't see the need of looking for a super belt or some other item which would boost armor higher. When your strength and dexterity are high enough, as I guess your's are, you can leave some of that armor off to maintain some challenge to the game. As it is, you have on the best of everything.

As far as the regular mobs in the game you're absolutely right. However, some of your mobs on the other hand are still quite challenging, and while I quit reading the devil post the moment I saw the word spoiler, I get the impression I'm in for one heck of a fight 😉
