is it possible?

would it be possible to take the ships from EV Overide, and turn them into ships for EV Nova, by copying the files from Ev nova and pasting them in a new plugin for escape velocity using mission computer? (Outfits, also.) and making whatever changes are necissary to make it run? that is all.

No. Well if just ships, weapons outfits then yes but... why? It would be an awful lot of trouble for something completely pointless. Do you not own Nova? Actually there would probably be legal issues with doing it anyway.
