Idea- Make an EVE-Online TC
Reason- EVE Online is so obviously ripped off from EV that it would port well (w/ some cutbacks)
Problem- I do not have the time or expertise to do it myself
Solution- Someone else could do it (massive undertaking, I know) it would be fun though

No wait, you're serious? I think the solution would be to learn how to use one of the many plug-in editors out there. It's improbable that you'll find somebody willing to do it at no cost at all. And I think you're probably underestimating the time required to pull this off.

Isn't EVE mostly PvP anyway? Kind of a generic story that would make, eh?

um...what about the skills that you can learn? And ofcourse, every system you would make would probably only be connected by a hypergate. lol

I've never played EVE, and odn't really intend to.

Well skills could be accomplished by outfits. Think of the licenses you buy in Nova, and some of the special ship upgrades.
