I am playing for the second time, and I got stuck. I am at the point in the game when I don't really remember what to do, so I have been exploring maps for a while. However, I think the problem is that the scripts are messed up. When I talk to orobas he tells me to go away, and when I talk to the druid he tells me to go away. I need to get into the highest level of the learning tree to get the key to high garendall, but I can't. I have done the "orders" quest, andthe only thing remaining in my quest list is the symbol of garendall quest. Also I have the black dragon tooth, but got it before I got the quest.

So let me get this straight:

You have no quests except to get the Symbol of High Garendall
The druid and Orabas shuns you away

Yep, you have a corrupted file. Normally, Orabas never talks to you until you look up the Order of Seasons (after first looking up orders). After doing this, you will get a quest to seek out the Order of Seasons and Orabas will talk to you. So you do have a corrupted game file. Do you have a backup?

that really sucks though. Any way I could bypass it with a plugin?

EDIT: wait.. I should look up order of seasons.. maybe that would help? I'll try it.

I just looked up the stuff after orders, and talked to orobas. however, the druid still won't talk to me after I got the millakara sheild, so I still need the key from the top of the tree.

Am I still doing something wrong, or do I need to make a plugin?

Let's not be so quick to say corrupted file. There are several things you need to do before you get to the top of the tree. If you have the shield, Emilius will want you to go to the Bleeding Forest to recover the Evil Ring before he can grant you access to the top of the tree. You haven't done a step somewhere. I suggest you go to Stark Bledfast's Walkthrough and Compendium and find which step you missed.

No one here can make you a plugin to bypass the sequence necessary, because we don't have the source code to know what the names of the globals are. Globals have to be set by things you do before certain actions of quests can take place.

Edit: From the (url="http://"http://stark.evula.net/pogwalkthrough.htm#lt4")Walkthrough:(/url) Once you have the shield you should take it back to Orobas who will give you the quest to recover the Tome of Elixirs. Then take the shield to Emilius, who needs the Evil Ring.
