    • I can't blink.

      For some reason the blink spell in spells expander doesn't work. I go into my spellbook click on the spell twice to activate it and... it shows a serene picture of the nearby landscape 🙂 before quitting out of PoG. I know that for the first Conjurer mission in SE you have to use it to get over the river in Fantrima. I have absolutely no idea what could be wrong.

      Well, start by telling using which map you are trying to blink on (is it an underground cave or outside?). This is a known and complex problem if you are blinking in a cave, but if you are outside, then you should have no problems. Also, let us know the PoG version number, and your operating system (platform, major, and minor version numbers).

      You do not have to use Blink to get across to see Bernard. In fact, I think that's the worst way to try to see him. It is totally unpredictable and can cause you to crash your game or freeze your character. If you really want to see Bernard, find someone who knows him and might also know a way to get you over there.

      Now to the Blink spell not working. It probably is working but is sending you to a spot under a rock or deep in thick trees where the player's character is hidden and cannot move. Try taking your character to the Plains of Endless Wind where there is lots of open space and see what happens. Blink sends you randomly to some set of co-ordinates within a 200 x 200 tile grid. If you are on a map which has less than those dimensions, and Blink picks a spot off the map, then PoG will crash.

      I've tried using blink on every screen and in big open spaces (outside). same as before. for my version it simply says "made by beenox with the coldstone game engine" And I using a Mac OS 9.2
